Shipping policy

 

  • You can return a product if it’s faulty/defective or is different from what you ordered, has size issues, or appears different from how it appears on the website.
  • If you wish to return or exchange the product, after receiving the product, click a photo of the product and send it to support@shopperss.com.au along with the invoice details and you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
  • If it is returnable, we will send you a postage paid level through email and provide a refund/replacement.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you had received along with proof of purchase. 
  • Once we receive your package, we will inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded in your original mode of payment or we will send you the product again. It might take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
